We’ve always held the belief that it’s the people, their ideas, and pragmatism is what truly makes a company. We’re looking for enthusiastic and adept people to join our team and help us continue to build and shape ACE into the forward-thinking and personable company we’ve always envisioned. We’re moving past the scale-up phase, and we’re getting ready to launch several new initiatives that we feel might just change the regulatory game.
So, what are we looking for?
Currently, we have a massive 12 positions open and ready to be filled by Seniors with an entrepreneurial spirit and backgrounds in Sustainable Finance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Intelligence. On top of that, we’re also seeking to hire a Financial Controller and a Recruiter.
We value our employees’ ideas about improving our processes and are eager and open to any solutions on ways to optimize our workflows. Indeed at ACE, your voice will always be heard. We’re looking for people to build with. So, free, out-of-the-box thinkers are more than welcome!

Typically, our office is a relaxed working environment though, of course, right now, we’re all working from home. Your colleagues will include people from all different experience levels and backgrounds that you can both teach and learn from.
You would be joining a tightly-knit group of dedicated professionals that includes several different nationalities giving us a global feel and international context.
Our (company-wide) famous monthly Friday drinks look a little bit different now as they’re via video chat, but they are no less fun! (In fact, some of us feel that since we’ve been adhering to COVID measures, we’ve actually got to know each other better – the odd pet or child running around in the background of our meetings or social calls has given us windows into each others’ personal lives and we’re a better team for it.)
Even in these difficult times, when we all work from our own homes, we found a way to collaborate closely and efficiently. We’ve created an onboarding program for new colleagues where they get to know ACE Company and are immediately part of the team. As we can’t have our usual gatherings, we managed to have fun with each other by organizing regular online activities like holding Kahoot quizzes and games of charades.
Previously – and when things get back to normal – we also participate in industry events, go on ski trips together, go go-karting, and other various team-building and fun activities.
We have Sinterklaas parties, sponsor a women’s hockey team – and frequently we even do some work.
